Arlene Stein Portrait Arlene has over 15 years of management experience in the hospitality industry in restaurants, catering and event planning. As an event management specialist she has worked with high profile corporate and social clients and has arranged thousands of events. She has worked as Director of Catering and Events for Hart House, for the past six years. Arlene is a member of IACP and ISES and has certification from the Wine & Spirits Education Trust. Her innovation and passion for food, wine, service and event design keep her ahead of industry trends and inspire her to excel.

Arlene also takes an active role in issues of food security and sustainability and works on campus with Local Flavors Plus, UofT Food Network & the Food Bank as well as facilitates community Kitchens at Hart House. She is also a member of Slow Food Toronto.
