
Fabio Bondi is a graduate of chef school culinary program through George Brown College. After graduation Fabio worked in many prestigious restaurants including Michelin Star, “Il Postale” in Umbria, Italy under the tutelage of Mario Citadini. Upon returning from Italy, Fabio worked for Skyline boutique hotels as Chef de Partie. He also mentored with Salumi Master Gabrielle Paganelli (Romagna Mia Restaurant) where Fabio learned the art of making Salumi. Fabio has been chef of Local Kitchen since he and long-time friend and front-of –house whiz, Michael Sangregorio opened in September 2009.
