Jason Schubert started cooking at age fifteen at camp queen elizabeth. After highschool he moved to Vancouver B.C. were he trained under renowned Chef Andrey Durbach at such restaurants as Etoile and Parkside. Jason also has worked in Montreal and spent time in London England at Marco Pierre Whites Flagship restaurant Mirabelle. He and long time friend Paul Harding opened The Only on King in London Ontario that has garnered both local and national acclaim.
