Tracy Winkworth started her career path in 1992 attending George Brown College Culinary Arts Program, and has never looked back.

Tracy has worked in various aspects of the industry including nursing homes, hotels, inns, to smaller restaurants. Tracy has owned the Belworth House for the last nine years, in addition to her catering company and cooking school. Her heart has always been in Norfolk County and she could not envision herself working anywhere else.

Located in the heart of Norfolk, the Belworth House showcases primarily agricultural products of Norfolk County, however in off-season of growing, the Belworth House uses as much Ontario product as possible. The menu is referred to as ‘regional with attitude’.
